Thank you for shopping with StickTite! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, please review our return policy below.
Unopened Packaging
Orders are eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original order date, provided the product packaging has not been opened and the tape seal on the paper carton is still intact. Contact support@sticktitelens.com for further return instructions. For hygiene reasons, used lenses and opened packaging cannot be returned.
Defective & Incorrect Products
If a product is defective or what was delivered is not what you ordered, please contact support@sticktitelens.com and describe your situation. We will ship you a replacement product at no additional cost.
Returned Products
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. For approved returns, a replacement product or refund will be issued. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
